Hi! I’m Jennifer, the baker and creative heart behind Royal Blue Bakery. Although I’m a self-taught baker, my love for design began years ago when I attended fashion design school. That creative foundation continues to influence everything I make—from color palettes and composition to texture, balance, and structure. Today, instead of designing with fabric, I design with cake.
While growing Royal Blue Bakery, I also worked as a School Psychologist with justice-involved youth. Though my career has shifted, the empathy, patience, clear communication, and attention to detail I developed continue to guide my client interactions and cake designs.
At Royal Blue Bakery, I believe every celebration deserves a dessert that is as memorable as the occasion itself.
